Your invitation, thoughtfully protected.

We collect household and guest names, contact details, individual event responses, meal preferences, allergy information and any messages or photographs you choose to share. We use this information only to organise our wedding and preserve selected memories.

Who can see your information

Your household can access its own invitation, RSVPs and published table assignments. Authorised wedding administrators and planners can access the information they need to manage the celebration. Catering information may be shared with the caterer for wedding arrangements.

Your messages and photographs

Private messages remain private to the authorised administrators. Public guestbook messages and photographs are reviewed before sharing and require your consent. Anniversary letters are hidden from ordinary administration views until their reveal date; a privileged, audited override is available. Database operators can technically access stored letters.

Retention and your choices

The proposed operational data retention review date is 8 August 2028. The couple must approve the final retention arrangements. Selected consenting memories may be retained as keepsakes. To request correction, export or deletion, contact the couple through your original invitation or the private portal. We do not use your data for marketing or advertising trackers.

Necessary storage

Secure cookies keep you signed in. Your chosen language is saved on your device. Supabase stores the wedding records and protected images. Transactional email is used only when configured. This notice is a draft pending the couple’s approval.
